336 pp. with 54 photographs and 16 diagrams, and one of the diagrams is a fold out. Green decorative cloth with gilt lettering and decoration on cover and spine. Volume is tight and clean. The flaws are a small repaired tear a top of spine, very minor rubbing at base of spine, gutter beginning to separate slightly and in time will need strips and one loose photograph. The author was amateur tennis champion of the world, amateur squash-tennis champion of America and medal winner at the 1900 olympics. Extremely scarce title and a wonderful addition to any sport's collectors library.
